Congratulations Brandon!

Brandon received Grand Champion at Baytown Youth Fair for his Market Steer!

A Future Star...

Brandon Rowland, an accomplished 18-year-old from Baytown, Texas, has proven on several occasions that he is truly a Better AnimalsTM winner! Over the past six years, Brandon has participated in a number of shows and has raised a variety of livestock animals including lamb, goat, pig, cattle, sheep, and turkey. 'Honestly, I love raising turkeys because I always have the most success showing them,' Brandon commented.

At the 2007 Baytown Youth Fair in Texas, he received Grand Champion for his Market Steer, Market Lamb, Market Goat, and Market Turkey. What an admirable accomplishment! Brandon proudly stated, 'I won three years in a row at my local show, the Baytown Youth Fair, and that felt very rewarding!'

Brandon is extremely pleased with the results of feeding both Show Chow® and Honor® to his livestock animals. After many years of competing on a local, state, and national level, he feels he owes much of his great success to Show Chow® and Honor® feeds. 'Both feeds are great feeds, which is why I have won so many shows,' Brandon remarked.

Even though Brandon was successful every year at his local show, he mentioned that is all-time favorite show is the Houston Livestock Show. Placing in the top twelve at the Houston Livestock Show for four consecutive years is certainly something to smile about! As a result of Brandon's hard work and dedication, he has won over $100,000 dollars in prize money!

His amazing accomplishments have allowed him to enroll in Texas A&M to study Poultry Science. He plans on continuing further education regarding the show industry as well. Brandon briefly said, 'The department is really small compared to the entire school, but I am sure I will show more in the future.'

Better AnimalsTMShow Series wishes Brandon the best of luck throughout his experience at Texas A&M. Brandon is surely a brand-loyal Show Chow® and Honor® customer, and we hope that his great success continues into the future!
